   The Onondaga Tribes were also known as the "people of the hills; people on the mountain." The keepers of the Fire", and "The wampum keepers." They lived in the North Eastern area in America.
Their location would be in New Jersy, New York, Rhoad Island, and Pennsylvania.
    The Onondaga people used to live in their oval stick houses called Wig wams. The Wig wam were made of sticks, hay, and mud. The wig wams were made so about 10 +/- were able to live in them.
The Onondaga made weapons like many other tribes. They made bows and arrows, They made hatchets, rock nives and wooden spears. If necessary, they would use sharp objecs and rocks.
