religon
The most important thing in the aztec religon was based on the sacrifices

to their gods to keep them alive and if they killed a great warrior the warrior's courage and strentgh would pass through the other warriors. One time they killed thousands and thousands of slaves that they captured during battle and they behaved like cannibals, the priests would pull out the heart while it was still pumping and they would take a big juicy bite of the heart and they thought that that the sun god loved that.

Their religion was based on the sun god. In an Aztec legend There were several sun gods and they all died because their people made weak feeble sacrifices. They also ate the brains of their sacrifices because they thought it would make them smarter.

After the victim was dead they would throw the body off the temple one way and the head the other way to dowse the temple with BLOOD. They belived that their god loved it. The leader of them, Montezuma would eat the brains of the sacrifices to make him, as he belived, smarter . The priests would then wear the skin of the dead victims like trophys.
